Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, you need to cancel an order in process, please contact us via Contact Us link, we will arrange the call with the said restaurant. If restaurant finds the reasons for the cancellation genuine and agrees to accept the order cancellation, we will accept the cancellation.
In case, any client is not satisfied and the restaurant has accepted the cancellation of the order, we will arrange for the refund through the restaurant. Scrutiny and diligence may take upto 5 business days to execute the refund. Refunds will be made in the same account through which order was placed.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
